Public Citizen seeks a strategic, energetic, and experienced leader to serve as a people-centered Team Manager for our Democracy Campaign. The Team Manager will work closely with the Democracy Campaign Co-Directors to manage a team and build large-scale grassroots action and strategic campaigns to counter efforts to undermine our democracy and the rule of law, target vulnerable communities, dismantle essential programs, and weaken institutions of civil society.
As part of the campaign’s leadership team, the Democracy Team Manager will manage and grow the mobilizing team; develop strategies and campaign plans; build and execute grassroots mobilization initiatives; strengthen internal systems; recruit and train staff; and support a high-performing, fast-growing team.
