As part of the Toothworks (Dentalcorp) network, we operate a busy 8-operatory practice serving a professional downtown clientele — and we hold ourselves to an exceptional standard of care and patient experience.

We're looking for a polished, experienced dental administrator who can keep pace with a fast-moving clinic, represent our team with confidence, and flex when the team needs it most.

The Role

This is a front-line role that combines reception, treatment coordination, and patient communication. You'll be the face and voice of our clinic — the person who sets the tone the moment a patient walks in or calls.
