Role Overview
As the Department Head, your primary mission is the end-to-end management of the bank's Deposit Products. Reporting to the Retail Transformation Division Head, you will conceptualize directional strategies to integrate products, channels, and services into a unified customer journey. You will act as a vital bridge between internal business units and external regulatory bodies to ensure our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Enhancement: Conceptualize and formulate directional strategies for product enhancements and new initiatives to drive revenue and volume growth.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the product marketing mix (Product, Pricing, Promotions, Place, and Resources) and manage the lifecycle of assigned deposit products.
