Responsibilities:
Oversee SAP Systems Operations
Manage incident, problem, and change management
Oversee SAP monitoring, job scheduling, and system health checks
Coordinate with BASIS, functional, and infrastructure teams
Define and track SLAs/KPIs for SAP support and operations
Ensure timely resolution of tickets and user issues
Manage internal and external teams managing application support.
Plan upgrades, patches, and enhancement packs
Manage transports across Dev, QA, and Production
Ensure minimal downtime during releases
Maintain system documentation and runbooks
Implement SAP security, authorizations, and compliance controls
