Deputy Manager – Residential Youth Services (Clonmel)
Full-time, Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to join a residential service supporting young people aged 15–17 in a safe, structured environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day running of the residential centre
Lead, coach, and develop a team of social care staff
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care plans are implemented and reviewed
Promote compliance with HIQA standards and relevant childcare regulations
Work collaboratively with families and external stakeholders
Assist in staff supervision, recruitment, and performance management
