**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties:**
The Deputy Project Manager support the Project Manager to serve as primary representative; manage contract-related matters, notices, deliverables, and daily operations. The primary responsibilities will be:
+ Oversee building maintenance, ensure uninterrupted service, and liaise with Contracting Officer Representative for multiple government sites located in Bismarck, Fargo and Grand Forks, North Dakota
+ Manage staffing, subcontracting and Building Operating Plan
