Derivatives & Structured Products Manager (RT)

The Derivatives & Structured Products Manager is responsible for managing and developing the bank’s derivatives and structured investment product offerings within the Wealth Management platform. The role focuses on designing, pricing, and delivering hedging and yield-enhancement solutions for high-net-worth and wealth management clients.

Working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), Treasury, trading desks, and external investment counterparties , the role supports the entire lifecycle of structured products—from idea generation and pricing to marketing, execution, and post-trade monitoring .

The position acts as a product specialist and structurer , helping relationship managers translate client investment or hedging needs into customized solutions such as FX options, interest rate derivatives, and structured notes linked to equities, bonds, or currencies .
