Design & Content Production Associate

Overview:

This role (0-2 years experience) is focused primarily on design execution, visual production, and content support. The candidate will assist the Design Lead in preparing diagrams, layouts, and visual assets for enterprise‑grade materials. The role also includes light instructional design support, mainly creating and updating existing e‑learning modules and preparing structured content under guidance. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, follow direction, and grow within a structured design environment

Primary Responsibilities:

- Create and Update existing e learning modules in Articulate 360

- Prepare simple storyboards or outlines  

- Convert SME notes into structured learning content  

- Create basic quizzes, microlearning snippets, and assessments
