Design Engineer - Brand & Web

About the role

We’re looking for a Design Engineer with strong visual taste to help drive our creative initiatives across the web and brand, including sales decks, conference booths, paid campaigns, leaflets, swag. When it comes to design, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick up any problem and solve it. For us, it’s both how it works and how it looks. As the sole owner of the website and brand, you can shape what this becomes.

This is not a traditional brand designer role. We want someone who reaches for Cursor, Claude, v0, and Midjourney the way previous generations reached for Figma. Someone who prototypes in code, ships landing pages without waiting on engineering, and treats AI as a creative collaborator so one person can produce what used to take a team. You should be comfortable reading code, editing components, and pushing changes yourself when that’s faster than a handoff.
