Design Engineer | 6-Month Contract | Krakow / Milan / Madrid 
I'm hiring a Design Engineer to build and own a design system from the ground up. 
You'll be embedded directly with the Heads of Design and Technology — shaping the role from day one. 
What we need: 
Production-level React & TypeScript 
Strong Figma & design sensibility (typography, spacing, interaction quality) 
Proven design system experience (Storybook, design tokens, documentation) 
Accessibility, cross-browser consistency & performance as standard 
️ Portfolio or personal site — required 
Based in Krakow, Milan, or Madrid — some office time required 
️ Available to start ASAP 
We're not looking for a designer who can't build, or an engineer who can't design — this role genuinely requires both.
