Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize new Process Modules, Perform experiments (DOE) to improve the Device Performance, yield and Manufacturability.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept through commercialization and high-volume manufacturing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Integration, Modules, and other departments to ensure alignment and effectively resolve technical challenges.
- Manufacturing Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new processes into high-volume manufacturing, with a focus on scalability, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
