• Design and code simultaneously. Next.js, Tailwind, React. Ship v1 today
• Make decisions on taste and own them. Wrong? Iterate. Don't ask permission
• Set the standard. When developers look at Zernio they should think these people know what they're doing
• Build systems that scale: typography, color, components. Keep it coherent as we grow
