The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Design for Reliability (DfR) Coordinator to establish and champion our reliability engineering practices across the full product development lifecycle. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, knowledge transfer, and product quality.

As our DfR Coordinator, you will build the frameworks, tools, and culture that ensure our products are designed to be reliable from day one — not tested into reliability after the fact.
