A Business Manager - Design will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required trainings and design discussions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing Designing Projects.
- Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.
- Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
- Ensuring output on design Net Promoter Survey (Customner rating).
- Training designers on technical details (wherever required).
- Managing/ leading design discussions.
