1. Strategic Design Leadership & Site Optimization Oversee and direct the design engineering for large-scale land development projects, including master planning, site layouts, grading, earthwork balancing, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure networks. Drive maximum efficiency in land utilization, balancing developer yield requirements with civil constraints and environmental sustainability. Champion Value Engineering across all site designs, prioritizing accurate earthwork cut/fill balances to drastically minimize client construction costs. 2.
