Design Manager

We are looking for a Design Manager to join our growing team. This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines, helping us build for the future.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and scale the design function, aligning delivery with commercial, programme, and client priorities
• Oversee development of concept scheme designs, ensuring alignment with Sinewave requirements and strategy
• Oversee the production of schematic diagrams from basic philosophy or engineer’s sketches
• Complete audits and input into quality assurance on new and existing facilities to ensure installations are in line with both the design intent and best practices
