**Description:** Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time experienced Program Quality Engineer to perform as the technical lead of a team of quality engineers that will execute Engineering Quality Assurance tasks on new Program Designs.
The Senior Staff position will be a Technical Lead role for the Design QE team focusing on AMMM Scope, integration with Engineering Manufacturing Engineering, Sustainment Engineering and the various Quality Team members to ensure Quality Control, Quality Planning and Quality Improvements in the Engineering Design Processes.
The Senior Staff Design QE will also be responsible for the development of related command media and Standard work for the team, the generation of performance metrics and leading RCCA activities
