Designer / Senior Designer

The incumbent will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases, from design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards, and producing specifications and schedules, including obtaining material unit cost reference information. The incumbent also works closely with the team to ensure designs are in accordance with contractual and Client's agreement. The incumbent is responsible for checking shop drawings and samples, including manufactured items and leading the team The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring budgets are met and FF&E items are sourced to meet Client's expectations.
