DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare design, documentation and specification in accordance with building codes, authority guidelines, project and client requirements
- Implement digital design delivery using BIM tool and process
- Able to think strategically and good leadership skills
- Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline
- Liaise with clients and other project stake holders on project matters
- Facilitate in contract management and administration
- Coordinate in project management to ensure smooth progress and timely completion project
- A recognized Degree in Architecture
- Preferably 1-5 years of relevant architectural experience in Singapore
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
