**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**
+ Provide end-user technical support
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
+ Support Windows / macOS systems, printers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
+ Provide in-person and remote assistance
+ Perform device setup and deployment
+ Configure and deploy laptops and desktops, mobile devices, new employee workstations
