Responsibilities
- Ensure desktop environment standard apps are patched regularly
- Managing Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- Perform root cause analysis, network problems, troubleshooting performance issues and hardware failures
- Prepare, install and configure technologies and applications to ensure support on operating system and platforms of company assets
- Prepare IT status reports
- Follow, implement, and maintaining the security of systems and data
- Managing network environment (Firewall, Router, Access Point)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT preferred or HR
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
