Minimum Requirements:
Design, Layout & Production
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Desktop Publisher or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good understanding of typography, layout principles, and colour theory.
- Solid knowledge of print production and prepress processes.
- Experience within Litho and Digital Printing environments.
- Understanding of RGB, CMYK, and Pantone colour systems.
- Highly skilled in PitStop software.
- Experience in preparing, correcting, and setting up files for print (REPRO-ready files).
- Layout experience in Adobe Creative Cloud will be beneficial.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
