DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced Audio Visual and Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in our Melbourne office who demonstrates exceptional communication skills with a strong customer focus, is self-motivated and goal orientated and has the ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking. 

This hybrid role will primarily be responsible for the management of on-site AV facilities, both on the client floor and internal meeting rooms, as well as managing, overseeing and co-coordinating webinars/events. The secondary responsibility of this role is to provide hands-on technical Desktop Support assistance to the firm and help it meet it’s goals and objectives.
