OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets, Middle Office Operations, and Trade Support to support daily operational activities within a high-performing Global Trading Solutions environment. The successful candidate will work closely with trading, operations, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate trade capture, booking, reconciliation, and downstream settlement support. 
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced trading environments and has experience supporting operational processes, transaction management, risk controls, and stakeholder communications within financial services. 
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 5 days onsite during training, subject to change) 
Contract Length: Until June 30, 2027 
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST (subject to change) 
Pay: T4: $42 / IC: $48
