Desktop Support Senior Associate-Field Tech
Location: Mexicali, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).
Responsibilities
Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
Identify potential issues that could adversely impact the end‐user experience and take corrective actions.
Apply strong knowledge of Windows operating systems to maintain and support client hardware.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and proficiency with Windows operating systems.
Solid client service skills.
Additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
