Key Responsibilities1.

IT Asset Management (ITAM)Lifecycle Tracking: Oversee hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and software licenses from procurement to deployment, reassignment, and disposal.

Inventory Audits: Conduct routine physical and digital audits to ensure all equipment is accounted for and system records match.

Asset Configuration: Maintain updated configuration items (CIs) in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
