Job Description
IT Desktop Support Technician needed at local school for minimum 4 weeks, potential for longer!

***Must hold valid DBS****

Hourly rate £ 10 – £ 12 per hour on PAYE (Immediate Start Available)

Hours – 8am – 4:30pm with an hour unpaid lunch (37.5 hours per week)

Location – Near Ashton-Under-Lyne

Reporting to the School’s IT Manager, as the IT Desktop Support Engineer you will be involved with upgrades on over 550 PC’s and general day to day IT Support within the school, It is essential you hold a valid DBS. 

IT Desktop Support Technician – Desirable Skills:
Good knowledge of desktop technologies for Windows 7 through to Windows 10 support

1st and 2nd Line Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / Office365

Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers

Good communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work as part of a team
