The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support for company laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripheral devices. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing systems, and assisting end users both onsite and remotely.

Job Description:

Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, and printers (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, printer components, etc.).

Install and configure operating systems (Windows 10/11) and required applications.

Set up new laptops and user accounts (email, network access, system permissions).

Configure and troubleshoot network printers (wired and wireless).

Perform preventive maintenance and regular system updates.
