Desktop Support Technician (Windows & Office 365)

The British Library in Boston Spa has a rare opportunity for a permanent Desktop Technician to join the Technology team. This role involves providing engaging Service Desk support both onsite and remotely, assisting users with IT systems such as Windows 11 and MS Office 365.
