Development Coordinator (Multifamily)

Description

The Development Coordinator (Multifamily) will assist in monitoring, directing, and communicating the development vision and process for multi‑family projects. This includes responsibilities related to entitlements, new product development, site planning, site servicing efficiency, detailed building design and engineering, internal approvals, and all regulatory approvals, as well as project turnover to respective condominium boards or operators. This role is also responsible for cost accounting and controls related to project development budgets.
