Job Overview
Reporting to the Director, Development, the Development Manager will oversee all aspects of land development, including regulatory approvals, permit delivery, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct all aspects of the development process, from detailed land use planning to feasibility.
- Manage regulatory approvals and permit applications, completing supporting documents and due diligence.
