Recruiter in residential development and house building We are seeking a commercially astute Development Manager to join our clients development team to oversee a key 1,500 unit JV project and also work on new bids and acquisitions. We are looking for someone with a strong background partnerships or Build to Rent (BTR), Single Family Rental (SFR) led residential development. 
This role will suit someone who has personally managed development P&Ls, is highly confident with advanced Excel and financial modelling, and has experience working within Housing Association partnerships, joint ventures, or institutional delivery models.
