We are recruiting a Development Manager for a leading Social Housing Provider based in Peterborough, delivering high-quality affordable housing across the region!
As a Development Manager, you will lead on the delivery of new build housing schemes from inception through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a Development Manager to join a progressive organisation committed to increasing housing supply and creating sustainable communities.
What’s on offer:
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum
Working pattern: Full-time, Permanent (Hybrid – a mix of office, site, and remote working)
