Required Skills & Qualifications  
Device42 administration or similar CMDB/DCIM tools  
Strong understanding of: 
IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking)  
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)  
Experience with: 
Auto-discovery tools and protocols (SNMP, WMI, SSH, APIs)  
IPAM and DNS/DHCP concepts  
REST APIs and integrations  
Knowledge of ITIL processes  (Incident, Change, Asset Management) 
Understanding of ITSM Tools - Jira & Service Now.
