  • Yield Improvement and quality improvement
  • Process improvement for Cost reduction and/or Cycle time reduction
  • Process robustness for stable production
  • New product implementation and new technology development
  • Various projects management such as operation excellence (capacity expansion, cost improvement, cycle time reduction), new technology development and new product implementation
  • Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as engineering management.
