DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer - Cape Town

ENVIRONMENT:

A leading Cloud Solutions company is seeking a DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for bridging the gap between code and customers. This hands-on specialist will own the end-to-end CI/CD lifecycle, manage their scaling Kubernetes environment, and ensure that Push to Production is a non-event. The successful candidate will be able to empower a small development team by building and implementing the framework and controls that enable delivery efficiency while limiting risk. The development team is primarily responsible for creating, enhancing, integrating and maintaining complex custom-designed and off-the-shelf software systems. The team also provides input into technical designs, including investigating complex problems and proposing solutions.
