DevOps Manager / Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office / Role can be based in either Malaga or Madrid / 25 days holiday + bank holidays / Health Insurance / Personal Development Budget  

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead a team of Software Developers and DevOps Engineers responsible for building, improving, and operating critical internal applications and platforms. 
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership, people management, and product thinking. You’ll help shape engineering practices, guide technical direction, support team development, and ensure the delivery of scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions across the business.
