What you’ll be doing:
Delivering fire and rescue training to both professional and non-professional personnel in a variety of subjects eg Breathing Apparatus, Road Traffic Collision Fire Safety etcTraining may be delivered on site at Moreton in Marsh or at other Defence Fire Stations throughout the UKEnsuring all training aligns with the Fire Service College (FSC) course schedule.Assessing other FSC TrainersFollow Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) standards. Meeting Defence Trainer Capability (DTC) requirements and complying with guidelines set out in JSP 822.Maintain high standards of instruction and course delivery.What we’re looking for:
