DFT Engineer

Our client is looking for a DFT Engineer to join the team.

• Responsible for the DFT design and verification of automotive-grade SoCs (including SCAN, MBIST, Boundary Scan, ATPG, etc.), performing STA timing analysis, and delivering ATE test patterns, including pattern debugging, coverage optimization, and test issue analysis.
• Provide competitive solutions and test patterns for mass production testing and burn-in verification in terms of test cost, coverage, failure rate, and delivery time, while taking charge of test diagnostics for new process nodes and assisting in rapid issue localization.
