DES is designed to guide users in troubleshooting various system failures across vehicle platforms, with the objective of maximizing fleet operational readiness. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to develop structured diagnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of vehicle platform systems and perform failure analysis to identify root causes and failure points.

Develop and produce comprehensive troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic workflows for identified system failures.
