Dietary Server - Full Time

Variable Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm or 10:45am - 6:30pm, weekend availability required.
Job Overview:
The Server position is responsible for accurately and efficiently serving meals to the residents, guests, and staff of Ridgecrest Village. Servers are responsible for cleaning tasks as assigned and keeping the kitchen/dining areas clean and sanitary. Hours are part time and will need to include day, evening and weekend flexibility.
General Responsibilities:

• Serves meals in various dining rooms and carries trays.
• Receives and prepares meal orders.
• Delivers and pours beverages.
• Replenishes buffet line with appropriate food from kitchen.
• Assists in preparing meal trays.
• Tallies diet cards to ensure the appropriate dietary meals are assembled for health center patients.
