This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary cardiovascular care team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutritional interventions.
The successful candidate will provide specialized nutritional care for patients with cardiovascular disease across inpatient, outpatient, and critical care settings.
