Digital Activations Director

Description

We're looking for a Digital Activations Director to join the team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network. This role will be based in Kaimera's Surry Hills office.

About the role

The Digital Director role at Kaimera autonomously leads and manages the outputs of the digital team and clients, reporting directly to the Head of Digital. The role has full remit over team management, planning, implementation, reporting, financial deliverables and outputs.

Often candidates have been or are looking to be an internal leader. A candidate will likely have experience managing 5+ direct reports and their career planning, and multiple portfolios of clients. They need to own their teams' roadmap and stretch themselves beyond digital to the wider agency.
