Position Summary
This position manages complex infrastructure projects such as wireless upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, and Teams Voice deployments. This role must have strong expertise in ServiceNow, change management, and vendor management, combined with the ability to provide comprehensive tier 1, 2, and 3 support.
