Job Description
Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair various residential and commercial appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, smart home devices).
- Diagnostics: Diagnose issues by disassembling units and using diagnostic tools (multimeters, gauges) to identify faulty components.
- Repair & Testing: Repair or replace defective parts (motors, thermostats) and test functionality to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Customer Service: Explain repair needs to customers, provide cost estimates, and offer advice on proper usage and maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, update databases, and manage truck stock inventory.
