Digital Assets Risk, Group Risk Management

We are seeking seasoned senior Digital Asset Risk professionals to lead and drive the risk management of our digital‑asset and blockchain‑enabled business. This team will work actively with various stakeholders of the Group in managing the various risks in this business. The role is responsible for establishing and/or integrating digital‑asset and blockchain risk considerations into our risk taxonomies, assessment methodologies, control standards, governance processes, and reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency with OCBC’s broader risk management approach.

A core accountability of this role is to define, deliver and manage OCBC’s digital asset risk appetite, translating strategic objectives and regulatory expectations into coherent risk appetite statements, quantitative limits, KRIs, and escalation thresholds that are aligned with enterprise risk principles.
