The Digital Content & Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for creating engaging, innovative content across employee-facing People platforms — including the People Hub (HR SharePoint site), Connect (intranet), and the People Portal (Service Now).

The role supports better self-service and employee experience by designing clear, accessible, and visually engaging resources, while analysing usage data to continuously improve. Working closely with Internal Communications, the role supports the launch of HR products and services and ensures that knowledge content is accurate, consistent, and aligned
