Job Description
Product Ownership & Delivery
• Manage website backlog, participate in Agile ceremonies, support UAT
• Own release quality and governance approvals
• Partner with offshore squads and ensure delivery
• Work directly with brand teams, marketers, and agencies
• Review briefs, designs, and outputs for quality + compliance
• Serve as primary POC for Design System adherence
• Drive adoption of GSK’s Continuum Design System
• Ensure consistency across ~100 websites
• Track component usage, enforce standards, manage updates
AI / Automation (KEY DIFFERENTIATOR)
• Use GSK’s agentic platform to streamline workflows
• Write/refine prompts to generate:
o Content drafts
o QA/testing outputs

Performance & Optimization
• Own site health metrics:
o SEO / GEO
o Page speed
o Accessibility
• Leverage analytics, testing, and personalization to improve UX.
