Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Digital Experience Trainee to join its Digital Experience Center of Excellence team in Madrid. The role supports delivering a top‑notch online experience on RadissonHotels.com and the Radisson Hotels Mobile App, improving content quality and supporting projects across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Help the team improve the quality of the content on the website and app, leveraging immersive and 360 content, UGC, videos.
• Support delivery of projects in the content marketing roadmap, working on marketing, branding and merchandising initiatives for web visitors and app users.
• Ideate and test features and components to enrich the UX on the website and app.
