Digital Infrastructure Trainer & Team Lead (Hybrid)

Forwardrole is looking for a Technical Trainer in Cardiff or Swansea to manage and mentor a team and support apprentices in Digital Infrastructure programs. You will work in a hybrid model, splitting time between remote work and office days.

The role requires expertise in Digital Infrastructure training, with responsibilities including coaching learners and managing fellow trainers. Candidates should have experience in networking or systems support, and be willing to supervise others.
